While we strive to dispatch orders sooner, please understand that the creation process may require up to three weeks during peak demand periods. After creation, our packages are sent using a 24-48hr courier service.

I don’t know what wizardry you've done to create the deep healing balm but it works for almost everything. I love how strong it is and how it melts like butter. The oats have worked for every skin issues was we’ve had as a family and the bath milk too.

I just have say how UNREAL the “here to heal” pack is. We have struggled with my 2 year olds eczema since he was 6 months old and all the steroids and creams given never helped his skin or stopped him itching but, since using this pack it is almost non existent!!! We have only used it 3 times & we cannot believe how amazing his skin is!!!! I bought this product for my daughter as she struggles with eczema. After the bath her skin always feels soft and well moisturised. The redness has also reduced.

Unfortunately the product did not clear my daughter’s condition. She is continuing to have major issues with eczema. I do t think it caused further issues and I believe was a nice product to use but sadly no lasting positive change to her condition 😔

Are the Oat Bags reusable?
Absolutely! Our oat bags are designed for multiple uses. After each day's use, dispose of the oat blend, rinse the oat bag, and let it dry for future use. It's that simple to enjoy sustainable skincare with Wild & Wood!
How Can I Reuse the Petals and Fruit?
Of course, it's easy! After use, simply return them to their pouch and place them in the freezer. When you're ready to reuse, just defrost them in warm water for another delightful experience.
What is the delivery timeframe?
Our products are hand-made by our small team in-house at our Pontefract store. All products are made to order, then they are carefully packaged and sent to you, so anticipate delivery within approximately 2-3 weeks.
