ARE THE OAT BAGS REUSABLE?

Yes! You can use them hundreds of times. The oat blend will need disposing of at the end of each day, then simply rinse oat bag and leave to dry.

HOW DO I RE USE PETALS AND FRUIT?

Simply pop them back Into their pouch wet and straight into the freezer. To re use simply defrost in warm water.

CAN I USE WILD AND WOOD PRODUCTS WHEN PREGNANT?

Oat blend is safe throughout, bath milks are safe from 14 weeks

ARE WILD AND WOOD PRODUCTS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

All bath milks are safe from 12 weeks of age and our oat blend is safe from birth!

ARE WILD AND WOOD PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?

Of Course! We make a promise to our customers that all of our products are always vegan and always cruelty free!

How Long Do Your Products Take To Arrive?

Wild and Wood is a small family run business, everything is carefully created by hand.

We try to regularly update our delivery times on checkout, however sometimes delivery can be in excess of 3 weeks at our busiest periods. 

If you think your order has been missed or you have not had a dispatch notice after 4 weeks of placing your order, please get in contact with us here.

Can I return my items?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on any of our products unless they are faulty.

We always try our best to make sure every one of our products is perfect, however if you do have any issues, please contact us so we can help you.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, American Express. All current accepted cards will be shown at checkout.

• PayPal: If you do not have an account yet, you can create one at checkout whilst shopping with us.

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

• ClearPay. You may split your payment amount and pay in instalments with ClearPay. More details on checkout

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card in order to avoid a declined payment.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area. You will also receive an email to confirm tracking details once your order has been hand-made and dispatched from our workshop.
