Each product is lovingly handmade by our small team in our Pontefract store. Most orders are created and ready to send within 1–2 weeks, though during busy periods this may take up to 3 weeks.

Of course, it's easy! After use, simply return them to their pouch and place them in the freezer. When you're ready to reuse, just defrost them in warm water for another delightful experience.

Our products are hand-made by our small team in-house at our Pontefract store. All products are made to order, then they are carefully packaged and sent to you, so anticipate delivery within approximately 2-3 weeks.
