Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Wild & Wood Skincare products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
UK Customers
If you are shopping from within the UK, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you wish to cancel. Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to skincare products that have been opened, used or unsealed for hygiene reasons, nor to personalised or custom-made items.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging. Returns should be arranged within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Once your return reaches us, it will be inspected and we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Sale items can only be refunded if they are faulty or damaged. Gift cards are non-refundable.
If you receive a gift that was marked as such at purchase and it is returned, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
If your order has arrived damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please email support@wildandwooduk.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange either a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.
International Customers
For customers outside the UK, returns can only be accepted on unopened, unused products in their original condition. These must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please note that international customers are responsible for all return postage costs, as well as any customs charges or duties incurred when sending items back.
Refunds will be processed only after your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. International shipping costs are non-refundable. At this time we do not offer exchanges for international orders, so if you would like a different product you will need to place a new order.
If your delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund for you without extra cost.
Exchanges
For UK customers, we can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us first before returning your item. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days of our approval notice, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as it can take some time for refunds to be officially processed. If you have done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@wildandwooduk.co.uk and we’ll look into it for you.
How to Start a Return
To arrange a return, please email support@wildandwooduk.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Always keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
